I have a confession to make… I love my work… and I love the people I work with.

I have only two “rules” for the kinds of work I do and the kinds of people I do it with:

We have to be core value aligned, as people, and as businesses.

I have to be really interested in the work we are doing.
What does that mean? It means that we have to be pulling in the same direction, not just in the work, but in life in general.
